It is a nineties show that i remember having teens in it. One of the teens is in the hospital for some reason and meets a man who has cancer. The man loves the song "What a wonderful world". The teen goes back to visit the man and one day he had died. and he plays the radio and the mans tape/CD of Louis Armstrong is still there. and then it shows the teen in front of a background with clouds and he's singing the song to raise money for cancer i think? if you know what i am talking about then let me know!
