here are a few pics. I couldn't take any better ones cuz its pretty cramped on the floor board.
I tried sticking a penny in between the clutch pedal and the switch so that it would compress the switch and i started the car without engaging the clutch and nothing happened. I figured it would be some neat switch that would allow the car to start if the clutch wasn't engaged but i guess i was wrong ( or maybe the switch is broken I dunno)
So if you know what it is. help me out
the car is a 1994 mazda protege 5 spd
