I have noticed that when I run my hand down my right hand side from my ribs down I have a noticeable, quite large. It is visible when I am standing, but not when I am lying down. It only causes me pain when it swells, it hurt so much a few weeks ago it prevented me from sleeping until 4.am!!
Any idea what it could be?
