it had a crunchy texture, i'm not sure if it was the inside or outside that was cooked though. i'm pretty sure it was shrimp. it was surrounded by rice and had a sweet sauce drizzled all over the top. the sauce was a light brown color, almost like caramel. it's not a shrimp tempura roll.
