Basically i have this rash on my upper arm going down to by inner elbow. It looks like little pin pricks and ive had it about 2 days. It was red but now its gone more of a really light brown spots. they are tiny. I have no other symptoms and im feeling completely fine! its confusing me. It was worse this morning when i woke up, it was more red but now its gone back to being how it was. Its not itchy or annoying me in anyway. I didn't even notice it until i looked at my randomly looked at my arm. Its not raised at all just looks like little burst blood vessels that sometimes get one or two of. I don't know what they are or if they are a sign of anything so a little info or personal experiences would be helpful.
What is this strange rash?
