What is this song played at sporting events?

I can't figure out what this song is that is played at sporting events. It is heavy metal and the vocalist sounds like metallica but I don't think it is. It definitely isn't enter sandman. The song begins or at least the stadium begins the song with the singer speaking an incoherent line, which then goes into heavy metal music. I really like it but can't figure out the name.
