If I stay with other people I sleep fine, but back home I always stay up late without thinking about it.
When I do go to bed early no matter what I do or take I cant fall asleep after couple hours I get back up stay up for another two hours then go to bed and fall asleep in 20 minutes.
My usual schedule is to stay up a little bit late and then go to bed extreamly tires wake up everyday for work or college and then on weekends I have to make up the hours by sleeping way past noon or I cant function if I dont make up my lost sleep hours.
I had this as a kid and some days even when mad tires I feel more alert at night. It seems like I have tried all the medicines since I was young.
If anyone knows sleep problems what are some things I can try?
