Okay for poetry class, I need to figure out what this saying is alluding to.. the title of the poem is called "missing" and the author is sherman alexie. What does...."
"As long as winds blow grasses grow and rivers flow" allude/refer to?

It is alluding to eternity, meaning that whatever it refers to will always happen or always be true
