what is this Rogers $5 Navigate plan?

rogers has 2-3 diff ones

APN: internet.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap

is the most commonly used one..

they use media.com for MMS ip:172.25.0.107 port 9201
and goam.com, but you'll never use this one for what your trying to acheive.

and i dunno why your really trying to get the BB browsers paul, especially since Opera will work fine anyways, just add the package...use Opera voila...ihave the WAP browser on my curve and use the mobile navigate, but usally end up using Opera cause its faster and more useful anways.
 
I think that was my problem, On the pearl you can't manualy config the IP or the port.
