what is this really weird pain in my ribs and back and stomach?

when i push down near my belly button it feels like something is gabbing me in the ribs and makes them sore or hurt. also it hurts when i push on my stomach feels like im hitting something hard what could this be? and one more thing it happened to me one day out of the blue i was in the car and all of a sudden i get a very sharp pain in my lower back where i actually just froze till it went away which was only a few seconds what could have caused that pain or where did it come from?
 
Uhhhh, this may be a bit personal, but maybe you just need to go number 2, like really, really badly?(i know, very personal, sorry).
 
Go to a doctor and get some medical advice. You probably need some ultrasound or x rays to find out what is causing the pain . It could be a kidney infection or it could be your appendix. Don't delay as your body can be a bit of a time bomb and if you delay it you could end up with permant damage to your body
