I work in a hotel and I was recently delivering receipts to all the guests rooms. Went i went to bend over and slide it under the door i felt a really sharp pain in my Lower back shoot straight down my leg. Ever since then by butt muscles really hurt. It feels like a throbbing pain and my calves are really killing me. It hurts to stand and sometimes walk. I'm thinking it is a pinched nerve but i do not know.
What is this really sharp pain in my lower back?
