What is this? Please help!

They seem to be turning red, I'm assuming this is the blood accumulating inside? Do you guys still think it's a boil?

Also, this is on a spot where I get a lot of skin-to-skin friction so maybe that's why they're so red? I also just soaked in a bath for 15 minutes w/ epsom salt... maybe another explanation?

Please help.
 
If you already know that you have two boils, why do you think this one is any different?. Your doctor is right; wait until it comes to a big pus filled head, sanitize the area and then carefully squeeze all of it out.

Damage to the hair follicle allows bacteria or fungi found on the skin's surface to enter deeper into the tissues of the follicle and the subcutaneous tissue.
