I am trying to find this old, possibly category B movie, from some time now. I do not remember much about it, but I remember that the movie start whit this guy training gymnastics rings, possibly at his school. This guy is the good guy in this movie. Other things I remember is that he ends up trying to escape or rescue someone from this motorbike-like gang. The leader of this gang is this guy resembling with some Kiss rockband guy. And he has this long nails that he uses to cut others necks. There are some chasing scenes, but it's all I remember. Can someoane please tell me what movie this is? Thanks!
