What is this indie-movie about an art student faced with heart-break and insomnia?

I saw a movie a while back about a young adult artist who gets dumped and can't sleep. After a few nights without sleep, he gets a job at a super market to kill time during his sleepless nights. He "has the ability" to freeze time and undress/draw a bunch of attractive girls from the supermarket. He falls in love with a girl from the market as well.

What is this movie?
