Its a little blue guy, big eyes, feet but they are floating below him. You adventure all over the place, race and stuff. You collect something but i don't remember. I keep thinking the game is called hot topic but its not. I am 14 now and I played it when i was 5 so its old. Please list any games that you think it is. It is not Rayman for sure.
