What is This Film???

I watched a film a while ago. But am unsure of the name.

It's is foreign and a part in the film is when a man is paying other peoples parking meters and the traffic wardens is gettin annoyed with him for doing that. There are some parts in the film that are in english.

Anyone know the film?

I dunno either - but seeing that the threadjacking has already started ... does anyone know the name of the film with Gerard Depardieu where he and another guy are driving around the place trying to hook up with women. French film (I think) - saw it on channel four many many years ago and never knew what the film was called...

I know it's been on TV a few times. I think it was one of Depardieu's first starring roles. The film was directed by Bertrand Blier who made the wonderful "Trop Belle Pour Toi".

As for the other films mentioned...I'll get back to you. Both sound familiar (well, the parking meter thing just reminRAB me of a sketch on Jackass, actually
