What is this extreme mood swings that i've been having for these last couple of years?

im usually very suffer from a lack of sleep, i sometimes sleep very early in the night and get up late the next day. Im very happy (to the point of full of confidence -like bashing my drumkits) and usually, get depressed to the point where i can get so blank, usually go on spending spree, eat alot, suidical thoughts.etc

is there a certain name for this condition? is this common on adults from 20 years and over??
