What is the yamaha fx sho top speed with the chip out of it?

i might be getting a new 2008 yamaha fx sho the one that has 1812ccs and ive heard it only hits 66.4 and i know there is a chip in cars that makes them not hit over 135 and i asked my dad if there was one in jetskis so they wont hit over 70 and he sed yes and i would like to know how fast it would go without the chip
