I haven't worked at McDonalds but I think the worst part of it would be smelling like the food/grease all the time even when you go home, the constant cleaning, the heat from the grills, rude customers, and people who don't clean up after themselves.
As a customer the worst part is when teenagers or any employee asks you to repeat an order (especially multiple times), doesn't correctly put your order into the computer or cooks your order wrong and then blames the customer, doesn't listen to the customer, isn't friendly or doesn't say a word to customers, and after the customer says thats all, the employee asks is that everything...just told you buddy.
I have also just gotten a drink and have been asked, is that for here or to go. Now thats lame and bad.
