What is the white veiny-looking organism in my fish tank?

It measures about 5 x 5 inches and moves about the sides of the tank. It feels slimy to the touch and has feathery edges. I had real plants in the tank and took them out when they started rotting. I also have 4 small scum-sucking organisms that I did not buy.
