The 6 cylinders will not matter at all.
the weight will be hard to tell. if you know how many cubic inches the engine is, it may be possible to calculate the engines weight
but V6 engines can weight anything from 300 to 700 LBS.
it depends if the engine is also coming for a little 10, or an SUV.
