the position of the car? An ambulance is traveling east at 49.3m/s. Behind it there is a car traveling along the same direction at 34.3m/s. The ambulance driver hears his siren at a frequency of 926Hz.
The velocity of sound is 343m/s.
Answer in units of m.

When I solved it, I got .3704m, however, i got wrong.

f_obs = f_em ( v / v + V)

the ambulance is moving, and you could say from your frame of reference that you are standing at rest.
