it depends on what condition it's in. like an old car. i sold a 1981 parkwood 14 by 70 with a 7x20 tipout in the living room 5 yrs ago for 17,000. Everyone who saw it wanted it and didn't try to talk me down on the price. i've seen other ones the same make and year as mine that weren't worth 10,000.
