The toy in question is made of metal, marked as Matchbox, from Disney Series N2 2, was made in Hong Kong and dated 1979 Lesney Prod & Co Ltd.
The car is orange with Donald's Anchor tattoo on the front and Donal in the car itself.
I've checked Ebay but whoever is selling one obviously doesn't know it's value.
