Sculpture???? there were no portraits nor sculptures done of her until at least 300 years after she died...as with Jesus and Mary, there is no way of knowing what they really looked like, and they were generally modeled in paintings and sculptures to look like the people around the artists. Thus, most Italian artists painted people who looked Italian; painters in Flanders painted people who looked Flemish, and painters in Britain painted people who looked British.

Mary Magdalene was from Magdala, which is in the Holy Land. She probably looked Semitic, as did Jesus and Mother Mary.
