and to the first guy ya wrestling is part of mma but it a sport by itself also and you train differently for each sport because you have different types of stamina aerobic and anaerobic . anaerobic is moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time .anaerobic includes lower intensity activities performed for longer periods of time . and for you soccer fanatics .. read the whole question physically soccer is not on the top of the list , yet it is physical . and the training isnt as intense as other sports.
