What is the topic and theme for the villanelle "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night"?

I am trying to interpret the topic and theme of this poem for my english class. The topic should be very short and too the point, it can even be one word, (ex.death) and the theme should have to do with the topic. I have an idea of what these might be but I just want to be sure. Your answers are greatly appreciated
