What is the title and author of this story?

This book is a children's book and has a monkey in it and it talks about spaghetti a lot. The monkey's sister in the story keeps asking him to play with her but he won't because he is "eating spaghetti." A only remember a few lines in the book. The monkey keep replying to his sister "No Minnie, I cannot play. I am eating spaghetti." Then he names all these different foods you can eat spaghetti with like "ice cream and stuff like that. His sister "Minnie" replies, "Spaghetti spaghetti! That's all you can say! I am going to throw your spaghetti away."

PLEASE HELP EVERYONE! I want to purchase this book for my niece.
