I had a blighted ovum or missed miscarriage, and my doctor called a few days after my D&C to tell me my tissue was normal. This sounds like a good thing, but what were they looking for? What did he mean specifically? (I have an appt in two weeks, but just wondering in the meantime.) Thanks.
There's no embryo in a blighted ovum, just the sac. That's what was tested.
