Its called a "garnish", the rectangle thing right? that says "Geo" or "Metro" on it right? Go to a junk yard and rip one off, there not hard, it'll take you 10 mins. Or if your rolling in the dough you can just go on ebay and order one, that way it'll come with a set of shiny tail lights also
