what is the stock width/diameter of the ties on a toyota tacoma?

it is a 2006 access cab, 2wd, 4.7 liters
i was told they are 28 inches but that just doesnt seem riight, they look so much smaller than that
i know the rims/wheels are 16 inch but i need to know what the actual stock tire size is

if anyone has information on that it would help alot, thank u
