What is the speed difference when two computers are connected to internet with wireless

and with LAN? Is there a difference in speed when two computers are connected to the internet using the same wireless connection compared to when one computer is connected through one of the ports in the router and the other through wireless?
Assume that in both cases they are downloading large files! I Just want to know the relative difference
