In the new IHOP commercial announcing their all-you-can-eat pancakes a man is eating pancakes. Then suddenly the stack of pancakes becomes whole again with a distinctive sound effect. It bugs me, I recognizes the sound effect, but don't know where from.
 
Isn't it from the Bionic Woman? (Original version) Like when she would jump and exert herself.
