I was laying in bed on my laptop with it on my chest and my neck propped on my pillow (which was folded over itself) looking at it and all of a sudden i get a sharp pins and needles pain in the right side of my neck right in the middle. It seems to throb almost since it comes and goes and the area feels hot. What could this be?
