What is the shape of a bicycle Tire?

This is for my rotational inertia problem. I want to know if I can consider the bicycle as a disk/cylinder. But I'm not sure which one to pick. Intially, I thought of it as a hoop, since the tire is like a hoop.

please tell me if it is a cylinder/disk or a hoop, and explain why. Thx
 
Probably a disc although some are hoops. Discs are filled in hoops. Definitely not a cylinder.
 
it is a hoop
it has a big empty circle in it, like a hula hoop
and cylinder has no circle in it
and a disk has a small circle

it is a hoop!!
