What is the scope of M.Tech CAD/CAM in VIT university?

I have secured 39 Marks in TANCET can i Wait for TANCET councelling or i can join in VIT before that?
Mean while i have also got an appointment order in El forge Limited Chennai as Graduate Engineer Trainee, For all these i got a dead line to choose by 5th of july. Suggest me what should i do among
VIT M.Tech CAD/CAM or
TANCET or
El forge JOb.
