I'm exploring different career options after failing on medical grounds to get an Army Sixth Form Scholarship to be an officer in the Army.
I've always been planning to do sports and exercise science at university after completing my A-Levels in Year 13 (I am currently in Year 12). I was exploring the internet and saw that most football teams generally have a medical and sports science department. So, as well as the role of head of sports science at a football club, what does a:
Strength & Conditioning Coach do?
Exercise physiologist do?
Spots Medicine Doctor do?
I'd like to explore all areas, and I am aware that each job requires a MSc after a BSc (Masters after a Bachelor of Science)
If any information for athletics is available about the above roles, that would be great too, as I am a keen athlete.
Thanks!
