What is the requirements to remove my 6 months ban & how much should i pay?

I'm working for 4 years in my previous company & my contract is unlimited, last October 2009 they renew my Labor Card-expiration is 2012. But i don't want to finish, now I'm resigned by giving them 1 month notice & schedule to going back to Philippines by 30th of December, but i want to transfer in other company as soon as possible, maybe after a month without waiting to finish my 6 months ban.
