What is the recommended oil on a 2001 toyota tacoma 4cyl?

this is the first time im doing an oil change on a 2wd toyota tacoma '01 that has 87,000miles.
Does anybody know what is the recommended oil to put and what is the best oil i can put? how about the oil filter? also what brands are better?? thanks
 
Synthetic Castrol or Mobil Oil are my top choices. Use 20 W 50 multigrade. As for filters try TOYOTA !!!! The price difference is not so big if compared to aftermarket brands of acceptable quality.
