What is the reason for the Messenger and the message if you think Islam is a book?

Are you a book?
Are you Islam?
Without the Sunnah are they not missing a human element. Its almost like removing most of your feelings and living life of a book? How boring!
Al hamdoullah Rub Alameen for Muhammed SAW and his Sahabi and inshAllah their blood is inside of us all amin!
How can you observe Islam without the Messenger and his ways? It doesn't make any sense. Its like they eleminated the messenger all together. Was it not the messenger a human being that brought the message? Is a book a human being?
