...patient with cholecystitis? 10 pts? the patient's diagnosis is chronic calculous cholecystitis post cholecystectomy..i want to know why the ppi meds like esomeprazole (nexium) and chloramphenicol which is an antimicrobial is given, intraveneously..what are the reasons/rationale for this?
