That is, from just looking at a typical, American, middle-class girl of relative youth, somewhere between the ages Jennifer Aniston and Mylie Cyrus, how can you tell that she doesn't care about being feminine, that she doesn't care about competing socially based on her femininity, that she doesn't care what men like in a woman's appearance, that what she gives a man in bed (or in the car) is all that matters, that she doesn't have the slightest idea what femininity is, and that femininity is essentially dead?
