Are they trying to give a Meyers Briggs test without individuals/government knowing, or see if you care enough to give answers an individual thinks the company wants?
Companies know nobody strictly gives honest answers. The most subtly intelligent companies should already be aware that intelligent applicants wonder "what answer is the employer looking for?"
