Someone asked me this question, so I thought I would ask you on his behalf.
'i bought steak piece in a packet in the supermarket, fried it up a bit with some onions, threw in a couple of tins of tomotoes and various other bits and pieces hoping for a tasty saucy stuff with tender meat. it tastes fine in general but the meat is leathery and chewy. this always happens. what am i not doing right?'
I personally think the meat should be cooked separately at a lower temperature. But I might be wrong.
