...healthy, and what kinds? I'm a smidget over 5 foot tall, and am underweight (90pounds) 
I'm NOT anorexic or anything like that
I'm wouldnt say I'm really bony or anything, but my chest is still too small to fit the smallest size bra
also I'm Asian, so my parent usually make rice, not pastas

*if giving amount please explain as in "eat 2-3 fruits, or a cup of rice, or 8 glasses of water"
