I'm actually doing homework and needed what my professor instructed, "Give a step by step process of how you would handle past due accounts that the patient has refused to pay and that you want to take to small claims for collection." I don't know why this is so hard for me to answer but I'm sure having a time putting it together. Your answer has helped though. Thank you.
