Ok, I have two problems with my chevy lumina z34 (1993). It has a dual overhead cam v6 engine in it just so everyone knows. My first problem is it has problems starting up, except in the morning (when it is cold) or when you shut the car off and start it back up within the next 2 Min's or so it will start fine, but besides that, it always has a problematic start and I normally have to feather the pedal to start it up. We just changed the fuel filter yesterday and it started ok for like an hour or so, but ya heh, back to bad start. So my Dad suggested using a cleaning solvent specifically designed to clean out the fuel injectors. Would this help? My second question is my gas gage floats a little bit (but it is ok, what car doesn't?) and my car leaks gas once it is over halfway full?!?! Very confused on this. There was a line that was loose so we put a clamp on that yesterday too he he, now what? Any other suggestions that wouldn't be too pricey maybe to help start the car... something that would help it for starting great every time (but not something temporary) that I could buy for like under 20 bucks would be a big help.
