The japanese whaling fleet has a legal 996 qouta with no way to keep track. The show "Whale Wars" is a documentary of a the crew of the steve irwin anti-whaling fleet. The nisshin maru fleet still kills whales even in front of them. If they arent preventing whale deaths....why are they still being funded?
