what is the point in living if according to the rapture life is better in heaven as

some assume? when is this rapture going to happen and what will happen to the earth when we are all in heaven. WOW! that sound so cool, no more snow or taxes or work to do. can we go there now?

Couple problems here. The "rapture" is not going to happen. And the afterlife is a lot different from the christian notion of heaven/hell. So your best option is to stand on your own two feet, deal with the snow, taxes, work, etc. and the Universe will work it out as long as you try to leave the world a better place than you found it. Do that and you will be in great shape.

I'm not sure if I still believe in christianity anymore but according to bible scripture you must pay your service to god first. Spend your whole life honoring and serving god in everything you do and spread god's word to others. He wants commitment before he gives you the goods.
