i know the rms is 1500 at 2 ohm and generally the rms is half the peak but come on it cant be a 3000 watt amp and be called a zx1500.1

The PEAK rating is a useless number to begin with and it's not half of RMS either. There is no standard for the measurment of PEAK power nor will there ever be.

Example, brand "A" is 500 watts RMS, 1000 PEAK.

Brand "B" is 500 watts RMS, 1200 PEAK.

I've seen it too many times.

lol wat.....that amp has an birth sheet and it puts out around 1700-1800 at two ohms then like 1200 at 4 or something cant remember but anyways peak doesnt do anything just a b/s number
